Yes, we ship our products throughout Europe.

You can conveniently pay for your orders via Paypal, Klarna or by instant payment.

If you unfortunately do not want your article:

- Pack everything neatly back into the same or another shipping envelope

- stick the return label provided on it

- please enter the reason for return in the return form

- simply drop off the envelope at any DHL shop

Have you ever slipped out of your flip-flops or flip-flops or almost lost them while walking? With the unique FOOTLOOPs, your flip-flops, bathing sandals, etc. stay firmly on your feet and give you much more support and security in a wide variety of situations. The FOOTLOOPs are also comfortable and look good too.

Within Germany we ship free of charge within 2-3 working days.

Within EU: up to 49,99€ via DHL 12,90€

from 50,00€ via DHL 5,90€ outside the EU: 25,00€ via DHL in 3-5 working days

- The FOOTLOOP for the toe separators:

Simply place the thinner band around the toe post, then place it behind the heel and then close it with the Velcro fastener on the right side for the right foot or on the left side for the left foot. You can also leave the FOOTLOOP on the shoe when you take it off ;).

- The FOOTLOOP for flip-flops & mules:

Put the wide band around the "shoe tunnel" and close the Velcro fastener, then slip your foot through the back part of the FOOTLOOP. Voilà!

By the way...your FOOTLOOPs will make you safer in many everyday situations, including on the road.

The FOOTLOOPs are made of 95% recycled polyester (Econyl, made in Germany), this polyester is made of 100% textile scraps, used carpets, broken and unusable fishing nets and recycled PET bottles. The logo is made of real leather that has been vegetable tanned. This is upcycling - i.e. industrial scraps.

100% Made in Germany, ÖKOTEX 100 certified. At UPGRADE we consciously ensure that sustainable and certified materials are used for all of our products.

We will endeavour to answer your questions as quickly as possible.

In the event of a cancellation or return of your entire order, we will gladly reimburse you for the shipping costs for standard delivery in accordance with legal requirements.

If you have chosen DHL express shipping (€14.95), we will reimburse you the shipping costs that would have been incurred with the cheapest shipping option - standard shipping (€4.95).

In the event of a partial cancellation, we unfortunately cannot refund any shipping costs.
